After setting up the HDDVR recorder model HDDVR08D / 24D / 32D, the camera must be set to 1080P.
Go to the System / Coding menu on the recording device, select the channel where the camera was set up and set the main data (left side) to the resolution 1080P and the coding mode to H.264.

For existing customers before 2017 with standard switch:
The network cable can be connected directly without the POE power adapter. If you still have a standard switch with external power supply, you also need the POE injector for connection to the switch / distributor.
