The power adapter with 24 V output power is designed for the power distributor 1 to 8 or 7 + 1/8 + 1 POE switch in order to supply the appropriate power to the cameras. However, this must not be connected directly to a camera or operated. Please follow our instructions for the video surveillance systems or ask us again.
You don't need the power adapter if you buy one of our pre-configured video surveillance sets. In the case mentioned, the right number of power adapters is always included in the set.
