Very good, high quality facility. And stylish too. Ordered late on Saturday afternoon, delivered on Tuesday. How this works is a mystery to me. Especially since all sensors were already programmed. In any case, I thought it was excellent.
A small problem was reported by email, half an hour later the managing director even spoke on the phone, as did per email reported back. You don't experience it every day either.
All in all – absolutely perfect; a 1 with *. Highly recommended.
Vielleicht eine Anmerkung, bzw. Vorschlag / Empfehlung: Die Hinweis-Warnaufkleber “Alarmanlage” sollten nicht das Fabrikat verraten. Sicherlich ist das nachteilig aus Sicht der Werbung aber potentielle Einbrecher sollten nicht unbedingt wissen mit welchem Fabrikat sie es “zu tun” haben.
Otherwise, thank you for a really successful product and excellent support.

Even the adhesive pads for the sensors are a high-quality brand. I also experienced it differently, where after a few hours either the magnets or the sensors fell off and the inferior pads supplied had to be replaced with quality products.

Shipping was super fast. The installation with the quick start guide and the user manual was doable with a little brain power. There were problems with a hand-held transmitter and a door/window contact, and the inserted SIM card was not recognized. An email to customer service was answered promptly and competently on a Monday evening around 9 p.m. remote control and door-/window contact will be sent again immediately, it is not necessary to return the old devices. The SIM card now works as described in the answer after reinserting it. That's what I call customer service worthy of the name!
